Production area: Hills situated on Monte Orfano, in one of the most characteristic and pleasant zone of Franciacorta, of Cologne (BS).
Production technique: is obtained from the soft pressing of grapes Pinot Noir vinified as a white subject in the press to brief contact between Peel and mash. The must is fermented at a low temperature between 10 and 14° c. In the spring the bottled wine will follow the steps of the classic method of Franciacorta. Ibid., for its complete refinement, will remain for a period equal to 50 months.
Tasting notes: * color: pale yellow with greenish highlights.
Perlage: fine and persistent.
Scent: good, crisp intensity, of great variety.
Flavor: strong mineral note, fruity and slightly acidic with rightly hints of tropical fruit.
Duration: when stored in a suitable place can last beyond 60 months.
Manufacturer's recommendations: serve at a temperature around 8/10° C in champagne glasses. May well accompany an entire meal except desserts.
